    Exchange Only: We offer exchange only and do not provide refunds.
    Request Period: Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when sending the item back for exchange.
    Item Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging.
    Eligibility: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the item has not yet been shipped.

The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
